Booking information

All rates include final cleaning and utilities costs, linen, towel. Kitchen corner use has an increase 8 euro daily.

Any enquiries regarding availability do not put you under any obligation to book an apartment. Please also note that there is a minimum stay of 3 days for stays during Easter, Christmas and the New Year period and a 25% increase in the rates.

A booking will become valid only after a 35% deposit of the cost of the total booking has been received, which can be sent either by bank or postal transfer.

A guarantee deposit from 150 € to 300 € is also required for each stay depending on the lenght of stay. This deposit will then be refunded in full at the departure providing everything is in order.

The check in time is from 12:00 am to 22:00 pm.

The check out time is from 9:00 am to 10:00.

Should you decide to cancel your reservation, you authorize the owner to enforce the following cancellation charges:
If you cancel your booking between the period of when you booked and:
up to 3 days before arrival - 30% of the total amount is due;
less than 3 days before arrival - 100% of the total amount is due.
